Other commercial transactions have included Taco Bell, Freddy’s Burgers, Shipley’s Donuts, Bob’s LP Gas, LaQuinta Hotel & Suites, Coca-Cola, Coors Light, and Miller Light distribution facilities, and Bank of America & Citi Bank banking facilities and drive-through facilities.
In 1989, Mark joined Jim Daniels, MAI in Fort Worth, Texas and began a three year training period and a 33 year carrier in commercial real estate appraisals.
In 1986, Mark joined Coldwell Banker, Commercial Real Estate in Fort Worth, Texas. This experience included an extensive multiyear training period cataloging and calling on every retail property owner in southwest Fort Worth. Training included a mentorship with a senior broker and visits to Coldwell Banker, Commercial Real Estate Corporate Headquarters in Los Angelas, California.
